Liu Zhenhua. Male. An associate professor and a postgraduate tutor. He is from Tanghe, He’nan Province and received a PhD in history from Nanjing University. From 2017 to 2018, he was a visiting scholar in the Department of History at the University of Texas at Austin. Liu has published over 10 papers in journals including Studies on Republican China, Journal of Zhengzhou University, and Historical Research in Anhui. He also chaired many research projects including the Youth Program of Humanities and Social Science Fund of the Ministry of Education and the Innovation Project of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.Liu’s research and teaching focus on Chinese modern and contemporary history and the history of the Communist Party of China. He is a member of the Chinese Society of History of the Communist Party of China and Shanghai Marxist Society.
